Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA is an inspiring and empowering speaker who creates a safe space for frank discussions on the topic of confidence: something that is not easy for women to reveal when working in male-dominated environments, owing to the immense pressure they face to ‘look the part’. Through her workshops and talks she encourages women to take up space, reminds them of the inherent value they bring to their work and offers practical advice on how they can build their confidence to take the next steps in their career: thus paving the way for gender equity and better representation of women in leadership in our workplaces.

Ishwariya currently delivers talks and workshops on the following topics:

  • Confidence for women in leadership

  • Presence vs. persona: what determines your influence as a leader

  • Confidence is impacting the retention of women in male-dominated industries

“Thank you so much for a great MWA session this past Wednesday. You touched upon so many of the subjects that our community members have shared concerns with us about; from having the courage to speak up for ourselves (and for one another), to remembering why we’re pursuing our chosen path in the first place.” - Anik Pearson, Mentorship for Women in Architecture
