​Welcome to the Leadership Lab! This is a pilot leadership development programme for emerging female leaders under 33. You might be working in a majority male industry and you want to step into or excel in your first leadership role with the confidence, acumen and presence that influences and impacts your team.

I know how isolating it can feel to struggle with confidence because it is generally not a vulnerability that you can share openly without worrying about how it will impact your career progression and the future opportunities you receive.

So I designed the Leadership Lab to not only give you an edge in any competitive job or industry, but to also empower you to create and capitalise on opportunities that will expand your potential.​​
Meet your coach: Ishoo
Your Leadership Lab coach Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA is a former architect and pastry chef, now an accredited coach and speaker supporting mid-senior female leaders in majority male industries with building the confidence to take the next step in their careers, thus paving the way for gender equity and better representation of women in leadership in our workplaces.

​Ishwariya has coached nearly 150 women on overcoming imposter syndrome and other limitations that arise when their confidence takes a hit.​ She is accredited with the Association for Coaching and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
How is this programme special or unique?
​This 6-month programme ultimately prepares you for the long game: it is designed to help you build the traits, self-awareness and soft skills that will serve you not just in your first leadership role, but for the duration of your career. We focus on three aspects:
​
1) Self: To build your mindset, courage and resilience through uncovering and removing unconscious patterns that are currently holding back your career.
2) Strategy: Customised coaching to help you take the next step in your career, whatever that looks like for you right now.
3) Suitability: Building your skills so that you can demonstrate the right potential that gets you selected for the leadership roles you aspire to attain.

What does the programme include?

5 x 90-minute monthly group coaching sessions where you can ask your questions and receive coaching related to your own goals. If you cannot attend a session for any reason, you can submit your question and then watch the recording.

2 x 45-minute individual coaching sessions (one session scheduled in September to identify your focus and create your personalised plan to achieve your goal, plus another session that you can schedule at any point before the programme ends in February).

Email check-ins to keep you accountable to your goals.
What is the investment?
Remember that your place on the Leadership Lab is an investment in yourself, one that you will recover multiple times over the course of your career. There are two payment options:

Pay in full - £1000.

Payment plan - £1200 (pay a £240 deposit to secure your place, then pay 4 x £240 monthly instalments. Please note that payment plans are not available for participants whose place is sponsored by their employer).
