Your thinking partner Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA is an executive coach and speaker with a track record of empowering women leaders who encounter the very same challenges as you.
In her own leadership experience in two majority male industries, Ishwariya has experienced the classic "build you up to break you down" dynamic that you might also be familiar with: where women are built up to prove themselves by accomplishing extraordinary results, only to then be undermined and disempowered for playing too big or shining too brightly.
