Welcome to Director's Cut, a thinking partnership I created for powerful women changemakers working in majority male industries who want to create more influence and impact in their senior leadership roles.

Your thinking partner Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA is an accredited coach and speaker with a track record of empowering women leaders with the very same challenges that you have encountered.
In her own leadership experience in two majority male industries, Ishwariya has experienced the classic "build you up to break you down" dynamic that you might also be familiar with: where women are built up to prove themselves by accomplishing extraordinary results, only to then be undermined and disempowered for playing too big or shining too brightly.
As a coach she recognises that neither of those two positions - being in deference or in conflict with the status quo - will help you to rise above those negative dynamics. Through Director's Cut, she supports women leaders in creating an alternative pathway (TRANSCEND + TRANSFORM) to achieve their goals.

12 x 45-minute monthly strategy sessions (July and December will be completion months to help you pause, process and re-energise for the next part of your transformation.

Unlimited 20-minute sessions every month to brainstorm day-to-day decisions, sense check new ideas or renew your courage and conviction in the face of obstacles.

3 x 45-minute intuitive Genius Readings where I map out your natural strengths, unique essence and leadership archetypes, identify which complementary qualities and archetypes you need on your team and in your allies, and define your roadmap to creating a legacy in your organisation and industry.
