LEADERSHIP MASTERCLASSES

MANAGING UP WITH CONFIDENCE

15th October 2026 at 12pm UK|1pm CET

Managing up is nothing more than building a strong, mutually beneficial relationship with your manager. And yet, the status quo can make women working in majority male industries feel a certain lack of agency and ownership in influencing this relationship positively in their favour.

But learning  to manage up with confidence can be the difference between experiencing conflict or communication gaps at work, feeling unseen or under appreciated, and having the psychological safety to express your needs and share honest feedback with your manager.

In this interactive one-hour online masterclass, Ishwariya will help you gain an understanding of:

- what managing up is, what it is not, and why it matters

- how you can implement this skill in practice for better alignment between yourself and your manager

- how leaders can create psychological safety to empower their direct reports in managing up

If you cannot attend the masterclass live, you can still sign up and a recording will be available until 17th October.
