The stakes can be infinitely higher because that one conversation has the power to determine your professional development, your happiness at work and crucially in the current climate, your fortune not just over the coming year, but also throughout the rest of your career trajectory.

Naturally, you do not want to leave the preparation for your performance review to the eve of that meeting. Rather, you want to walk into that conversation armed with the right game plan that sets you up properly to speak for your needs and represents you and your achievements in the best light: in a job environment that is getting more competitive by the day.

More importantly, you need to project not just inner self-belief, but also the external confidence that you can successfully step into the new role you desire, continue to deliver value to the company and make room for growth and development as your work and projects demand.

Meet your coach: Ishwariya

Your coach Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA is a former architect and pastry chef, now an accredited coach and speaker supporting women working in majority male industries with building the confidence to take the next step in their careers and businesses, thus paving the way for gender equity and better representation of women in leadership in our workplaces. She is accredited with the Association for Coaching and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

​Since 2021 Ishwariya has coached over 200 women on overcoming imposter syndrome and other limitations that undermine their capabilities and ambitions for career progression. She has helped them achieve some extraordinary results, including:

How does it work?

The Appraisal Strategy Session is a confidential 90-minute online consultation held over two sessions to help you walk into your performance review with an improved mindset around achieving your desired goal, a stronger resolve to negotiate for the things you want, and a well-crafted business case that speaks for you and your capabilities when you are not present in the room where the decision is being made. Finally, you also leave with a clear programme of action steps following your appraisal.

I will support you by building your confidence and preparing your strategy to achieve any of these goals:

  • Pitching for a promotion or the opportunity to lead a project

  • Negotiating a pay rise

  • Securing your job in your end of probation meeting

  • Advocating for training, professional or personal development opportunities for yourself

  • Having a difficult conversation with your manager or sharing negative feedback

  • Receiving negative feedback or navigating a performance improvement plan

  • Preparing for a difficult appraisal with your direct report about their own performance

The session runs in two parts:

  • A 75 minute coaching session to prepare you for your appraisal

  • A 15 minute follow-up call after your appraisal to review the outcome and to help you clarify your next steps (whether you have been successful in landing your promotion or have been given suggestions for improvement)

What is the investment?

Appraisal Strategy Session slots will be available from April through to July 2026. The investment for the session is £350, paid in full at the time of booking the session.

Book your Appraisal Strategy Session

To book your Appraisal Strategy Session, click on the button below, which takes you to the secure payment platform. Once you have paid for the session, you will be redirected to a scheduling calendar to book your 75-minute session. A Zoom meeting will be automatically set up and a calendar invite sent to your email inbox.

​

After your performance review has taken place, you will be invited to a 15-minute follow up session to complete the process by identifying your next steps.

​

Please ensure you include all the relevant details on the booking form to allow for Ishwariya to prepare for your session. 

General Terms and Conditions:
 

Confidentiality: The Coach undertakes not to disclose any information shared by the Coachee during sessions to any third party. 

​

Payment: The Coachee agrees to pay the Fee prior to commencement of the programme. 

 

Rescheduling of 1-1 sessions: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice will be given by the Coachee, without which the session will be considered forfeited. Refunds will not be granted in the event of a no-show or for sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice. Exceptional circumstances that may warrant a full refund (less applicable booking platform fees and/or currency conversion fees ) include serious illness, bereavement, or other significant life events.
