Feedback from a webinar for The King's Trust

Last week I had the honour of teaching a webinar for The King's Trust. The charity is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its founding in May, which made it a real privilege for me to be delivering the session at this time. Organised by their gender network, male allies were also invited and encouraged to attend.

When I created The Confidence Dynamic™ framework, I was very intentional about creating a safe space where women’s lived experiences could take centre stage, because in some of my trainings, it might the first time that the women on a team have had an opportunity to speak about these things openly.

The above feedback from a male ally who attended the session means a lot to me, and somewhat validates my theory of change, because my end objective is to foster empathy - between women who work alongside each other, between leaders and their teams, and also crucially, within the women themselves, because we are the first to beat ourselves up when we encounter a challenge with confidence.

I will be speaking at organisations in London from 2nd - 6th March and currently have three additional slots.

If you would like to book a similar session that supports the women on your team in feeling seen and heard, and leaves male allies with insights on how to support them, please reach out at info@ishoorajamohan.com.
