Anyone ready for an uplevel in 2026?

You know from my previous email that I launched my Aspire & Ascend programme this week for women who want to finally achieve a big career milestone in 2026. 

Whether that is a long-awaited role in senior leadership, heading a bigger team or a higher-value project, projecting a more powerful leadership style, or anything in between.

Here's what inspired me to create this programme: I have been in my own season of uplevelling recently, and let me tell you that the experience is all of these things and more:

• Raw: because when you are starting to punch above your own weight, you are playing with a lot of uncertainty

• Messy: because you are transitioning between an old you and a newer version of you which still hasn't established itself yet

• Unexpectedly beautiful: because uplevelling means making bold choices and taking bold actions that take you closer towards your goals, it is incredibly moving when life rewards you for taking those risks

  
  

I could not have made this journey on my own, and I had my own coaches to support me because the process of making a transition into the bigger version of yourself that you know exists within you is a pretty delicate one.

So I designed Aspire & Ascend with the know-how and lived experience of the challenges that I myself encountered along the way.

My job as your coach is to help you stabilise your confidence and courage, which will naturally rise and fall when the stakes are high with such a big goal.

That strong inner confidence then becomes your anchor, adding fuel into everything that you need to do to achieve your goal. 

Actions you need to take, advocating for yourself, negotiating or handling difficult conversations - all end up being far more powerful than if you were playing at your current level.

And then others (including decision makers who will help you get to that milestone) cannot help but notice.

So this is how you start shaping your world from the inside out - and this is exactly what I have been coaching numerous women to do for the past four years - all of whom have gone on to achieve their dreams, both big and small.
