Coaching for women in early career

Having coached young women working in majority male industries, I know that a large number of their challenges with confidence emerge as they are still finding their place within those environments.

So they predominantly struggle with issues around:

- attaining their first leadership role

- uncertainty in stepping into new roles, new projects, new responsibilities

- navigating difficult relationships with colleagues

Although this is a stage when they should focus on learning as much as possible, they also feel the counter pressure to appear to have all the answers.

The stakes are high in all of the above situations, and therefore, their emotions can magnify their already existing self-doubt.

If you are in early career, then you can probably relate to how this makes you freeze without knowing the right way to respond to situations when you haven't yet established your sense of power in the system.

The support and guidance from a coach, plus a supportive community of women with the same ambitions as you can make all the difference on your journey to reaching your goals.

If this resonates with you, then my invitation to you is to consider applying to join the Leadership Lab group coaching programme by booking a call with me via this link: https://www.ishoorajamohan.com/leadership-lab

The deadline to enrol is Thursday May 7th.
