How leverage brings you career success faster

Let's talk leverage.
By definition it is "any resource or system that amplifies your input, enabling you to achieve disproportionately greater results than your direct effort alone would allow."
I personally think it's where we let ourselves down as women.
When you set out to prove to the world that you can do it all, you are shooting yourself in the foot.
Because what you don't know you don't know will only end up costing you more in the long run.
When competition gets more intense the higher up the ladder you climb, your blindspots become obstacles that leave you at a disadvantage.
After all, you can't fix what you can't see.
But get a coach to do the heavy lifting and show you where you are getting in your own way, and the game swings disproportionately in your favour.
This is the difference between someone who feels entitled to success (it's time I was promoted), and the person who achieves it (I will do whatever it takes to get there).
Anyone who is serious about their success doesn't take it for granted, but instead prepares for success (whether it's promotions, pay rises, increased responsibility, awards, recognition) to be inevitable.
It's easier than you think: all you need is humility and to be astute enough to not try to do it on your own.
That's what the Leadership Lab is for.
To give you a head start early enough in your career so that you become unstoppable.
Haven't you waited long enough for success?
