Leadership presence vs. wearing a persona

Next Monday I am hosting a women's circle looking at leadership presence, as opposed to wearing a persona, which is what women often have to resort to when working in male-dominated environments.

There is always the fear that unless you try to fit in or leave out parts of yourself that might not be accepted, you will face obstacles in your career progression. But there are equally serious consequences to being inauthentic too.
