“The work must be the hero”.
When one of my teachers said this a few years ago, I had the longing to be called into right work as a coach.
And then the call came from women who all wanted support in building their confidence, and with it the privilege of being chosen as the guide on their hero’s journeys, for which I am enormously grateful.
I started my own personal development journey at the age of 12, and to do this now as a vocation during this time of extraordinary transformation in the world means everything to me.
Thank you to Inspirational Business Women in STEM & Construction team for recognising my work. I look forward to today’s ceremony at the House of Lords!
